Been reading a lot of books about Jesse James, listening to a ton of music about his whereabouts and stuff.
Wanted to make something out of it besides talking about Jesse James, so I picked that day of September with the big robbery in that bank with the James & Younger gang. Wrote it down, re-wrote it, and then thought of not just making it a "short-story" but make something out of it.
Finally there you have it, a letter by Cole Younger about what happened on that day.
